2019 Open Studio Weekends

Open studios are an opportunity for people interested in fiber, weaving, spinning and so on to visit a working studio, with looms, spinning wheels, a CSM sock machine, and more.  My weaving is primarily Japanese inspired woven shibori, also Norwegian and Scandinavian weaving.  My studio has Swedish Glimakra looms including a 10 shaft Standard, a 10 shaft Single Unit Drawloom, and a Regina Rug & Tapestry loom, as well as others.  Spinning wheels and a 1908 Gearhart Circular Sock Knitting Machine fill out the studio.  Demonstrations are available.  Weaving will be available for purchase.  (If you are a member of FB Group Weaving Arts Resource Pages (WARP), please call ahead at (715) 617-2234.  Thank you!)
